The Solar Plexus is located near the adrenal glands and the endocrine system.  Manipura is about personal power, our sense of self and our inner strength.  This is where we find the source of our willpower, the drive that takes us from inertia to actions!  It is about confidence and choice.  

A healthy Solar Plexus chakra leads to feelings of belonging, self-happiness, peace, and harmony. However, when the third chakra becomes blocked, we can start to feel low self-esteem and have trouble making decisions. We may feel drained of energy and overly sensitive to criticism.
